The Cue, Danbury’s own upscale BBQ restaurant, expands with a second restaurant in New Milford

NEW MILFORD — It’s been seven years since Joseph Yorio brought upscale barbecue to Danbury in the form of The Cue, his restaurant at 2 Pembroke Road. Next month, Yorio intends to duplicate the upscale barbecue experience with a second restaurant in New Milford.
The Cue’s second restaurant will open mid-October at 59 Bank St. and the bordering property at 30 Railroad St. The space at 30 Railroad St. previously housed the BBQ restaurant Cool Hand Duke’s while the space at 59 Bank St. previously housed an American fine-dining restaurant, Duke’s Tavern.
