Mayor Pete Bass spearheads the Development Services Team (DST). It allows you to collaborate with representatives from diverse departments such as building, zoning, public works, health, sewer, fire, and economic development all at once.  This allows you to save both time and money and to streamline the process.  These  meetings foster candid discussions among department leaders, shedding light on potential challenges that could emerge while pursuing local project approvals. These gatherings frequently yield more comprehensive plan submissions, leading to a more accurate evaluation of project potential before committing capital or finalizing lease and purchase agreements.

The Development Services Team (DST) convenes to facilitate the review of new projects, offering an efficient route to project approvals. These meetings pave the way for a streamlined approval process. Notably, there are no charges associated with DST Meetings or reviews.
