Dairy Queen approved to open on Danbury Road in New Milford: 'We’re just excited'

NEW MILFORD – Dairy Queen will be expanding into New Milford by opening a new location on Danbury Road.
“We’re just excited to be able to work with the New Milford people and just really excited about expanding in the local area,” said Tim Bomba, co-owner of the Dairy Queen in Brookfield that opened last year.
“We talked to a lot of people that come in from New Milford into our Brookfield store, and they’re very excited that they won’t have to travel as far to the Brookfield area,” he said.
