The New Milford Riverfront Revitalization Plan charts the course for redeveloping the Town’s riverfront area over the next two decades.
Emphasizing the importance of preserving the Housatonic River and its ecosystem, this transformative vision integrates previous planning efforts, current conditions, and ongoing public input and interest to create a 21st-century riverfront that catalyzes community development, resilience, and economic prosperity.
