Our Development Services Team (DST) helps provide an efficient and seamless approval process that facilitates the growth and progress of New Milford. Various town department leaders, together with the Mayor’s Office, meet with business owners, investors, and developers to review new projects and development proposals.
The New Milford Economic Development Commission and Corporation work together with site selectors, entrepreneurs, and business owners to:
